Trace is globe-trotting to France with a late-night bistro event to cap off your food & wine weekend. Join Chef de Cuisine Lawrence Kocurek and our pastry team as they take guests on a culinary journey across France, with bites to include Snails Variations, Quail Eggs Caviar “Toad in the Hole”, Charcuterie, Rillettes, Pâté Maison, Pâté de Campagne, Duck Bacon, Cured Meats, Savory Tarts, Smoked Beef Tongue, and sweet bites to include: Éclairs, Macaroons, Tartes Assorties and Gateaux.
