Whether you prefer indulging in bubbly or feasting on barbeque (or both), we'll have you covered with sparkling sips from premium champagne vendors and savory smoked meats from the TRACE Infernillo grill. Heat up your tastebuds with roast suckling pig, Windy Hill goat legs, and roast gulf oysters, then cool down with our assortment of summer salads bursting with the freshest flavors of the season. End on a sweet note with a variety of treats from Pastry Chef Angel Begaye while you soak in our skyline view, relax to beats from Bird Peterson, and raise a glass to the summer.
